Liquid Sun Rayz — Official Competition Tanning
No tanning or oil products will be allowed inside the venue. Liquid Sun Rayz Competition Tanning is the official competition color and tanning company for the show. Visit their website for the complete package and skin prep information.
Music Rules
Prejudging will not have a posing routine. Finals: All bodybuilding & women's physique competitors will perform their 60-second posing routine to their music.
- Competitor must provide a CD with only the song they are using (no MP3s)
- Music cannot contain any profanity or vulgar words — violators will be disqualified
- Figure, Bikini, and Men's Physique competitors: no music necessary
Crossovers & Posing
You may now compete / crossover in all divisions provided by the Hoosier Flex Championships. Mandatory poses will be called for all divisions.

- All NPC rules and regulations apply
- Valid NPC competitor card required for all divisions
- Competitors may crossover in all divisions offered
- Mandatory poses will be called for all divisions
- Jewelry permitted in Figure, Bikini, and Women's Physique only — all other divisions: wedding ring only
- Thong or T-back suits are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Bikini competitors will have suit inspected before show — backup suit strongly recommended
- Only competitors allowed backstage
- Outside professional photography not allowed
